We made an offer, sight unseen, and we were able to get under contract before the house ever hit the market. Michaela was so helpful every step of the way. The seller wanted a shortened option period, and Michaela made sure we knew everything that needed to be done in the shortened timeline. She walked us through hiring an inspector, and negotiations, and was always available to answer our questions. Even as everything unfolded with Covid-19 in Austin, we felt supported by Michaela. We ended up having to have a mobile notary sent to our apartment to close on the house. Even though Michaela wasn't able to be there in person due to social distancing, she was on speakerphone to help guide us through the whole thing. When we were finally able to go over to the house after closing, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne from Michaela to celebrate! We absolutely recommend Michaela to anyone wishing to buy a home in this crazy Austin market!
