Born and raised in South Austin, some would say Trish is a unicorn — and she is proud to call this beautiful city home. She is deeply rooted in this community, where her extended family and lifelong friendships enrich her daily life. After studying Business Management and Marketing at Texas State University in San Marcos she began her real estate career with the goal of being grounded in service, setting a strong strategy, and building relationships with not only clients but professionals in interior design, lending, and title services. Those relationships foster a strong referrals that keep her business thriving.

Over the years, she has guided more than 300 buyers and sellers through successful transactions, including first-time home purchases, investment properties, relocations, short sales, and numerous home sales. Each transaction is a new opportunity to learn and grow so she can continue to advise her clients and reach their goals.

She serves clients throughout the Greater Austin area with a focus on data-driven guidance and experienced insight — never pressure. Her strengths include professional and approachable communication with all parties, strategic pricing, skilled negotiation, and helping clients carefully evaluate potential risks and opportunities for strong returns on investment.
